Muay Thai for Women

Our Training

Our training combines effective competition techniques with a high level of fitness. Each session includes cardio training, claw work, technique training and controlled sparring. Beginners are slowly introduced to all techniques. Safety first! 

Muay Thai helps you  feel healthier and fitter. You will build muscle and improve your endurance and flexibility. Regular training will also give you a sense of how to assess dangerous situations and the right tools for self-defense. This is our team

Location

Our gym is not visible from the outside and no other training takes place at the same time.   

Equipment

We train with full protective equipment. Rental equipment is available for trial participants. If you want to train with us regularly, you will need boxing gloves (12-14oz), boxing bandages, shin guards and a mouthguard.
